How we started

Alessandro Barbisotti, Founder

I was very young when I started working in the restaurant business, traveling around the world to satisfy my curiosity. This led me to understand the different needs and desires and to widen my knowledge.

The passion for different cultures that has always accompanied my spirit of adventure, has allowed us to achieve several goals, one of which was to open the Backstage Srl in 1994, today recognized with great success throughout Europe.

Driven by an enthusiasm that still guides me, I have transmitted to my group the same energy that determines our success, leading us to ever larger destinations, creating partnerships with companies all over the world.

Hello Mrs. Federica, the guys Ester and Luca were very good, they carried out their service in an unexceptionable manner, they were always precise, cordial and tidy. Really a good team. Our guests and the Friulair Staff have expressed positive feedback both for the staff and for the quality of the catering.
